I have worked with youth, parents, women and families for many years and bring not only my personal experiences but many years of practice helping women, and heal and thrive. I have an eclectic approach to therapy with the belief that you already have the strengths you need, I just need to help you see them in yourself or in your child.

I offer a judgement free and safe space to work through your barriers and build capacity and resilience. With the use of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) we can desensitize the complicated memories of trauma and ease the symptoms of trauma (anxiety, shame, depression, self hate, anger, pain) in 1-5 sessions. Most importantly, you do not have to talk about your trauma, unless you want to.

I most often use Accelerated Resolution Therapy because it is both gentle and fast. In your first session we will get to know each other so that you feel comfortable sharing your vulnerabilities with me. Together we will then explore therapy goals and set a plan. After healing with Accelerated Resolution Therapy, we will develop healthy coping skills, explore shame and identify boundaries.
