Hello and welcome! My name is Taylor. I work most often with teens and young adults in the LGBTQIA+ community, and people going through life transitions, wanting to explore their identity, build self-esteem, and those experiencing effects of trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. My community is important to me- I provide LGBTQIA+, gender, identity, life affirming care, incorporating mindfulness, expressive arts, parts work, attachment, and somatic interventions.
My work is informed by my study of Internal Family Systems (IFS Institute Level 1 training) and internship at a LGBTQ+ specific mental health and substance use residential treatment center. I practice therapy as a collaborative process- you and I work together towards your goals, navigating the path together.
I believe every individual has an innate ability to heal, an inner knowing that can guide us, and the right to lead the best version of our life as our most authentic self. Including you! If you think you might be interested in working together, call or email to set up a free 15 minute consultation.
