Do you give more attention to the perceptions of those around you than towards your own self? Do you dislike how sensitive you are? Does the ability to rest feel so hard? Folks often find me when relationships are hard, when they feel out of control with their relationship to food and their body, when they are caught up in people pleasing at the expense of themselves, when rest is hard, and when their life doesn't feel aligned how they want it to. I have been there. I've recovered from neglecting my body, my sensitivity, wants, needs, dreams, and desires, to reclaim myself through the wild journey of therapy and invite you to, too.
I offer counseling focused on recovery from anxiety and depression, trauma, dieting/eating disorders/disordered eating, attachment and relationship challenges, people pleasing, and overworking. Therapy with me is a place for sensitive humans to liberate from unsustainable ideals, recover an inner voice, and heal towards rest, nourishment, and self trust.
