My approach is warm, open and practical and geared towards helping you deepen self-awareness and self-knowing. Whatever your personal goal is, we can work on it together.

While I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Focusing, Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and EMDR, I believe no single modality/theoretical approach is the key to successful change. A trusting and engaged relationship between therapist and patient can provide a safe environment for exploration and change.

My practice, Middle Way Psychotherapy was founded around the buddhist concept of "The Middle Way", an enlightened state which avoids the extremes of self-denial and self-indulgence and leads to personal happiness. My practice integrates this concept into psychotherapy, supervision services and continuing education for therapists.
