Welcome! If you are looking for a safe, yet light-hearted space, to explore everything from your childhood to your present struggles, successes, quirks, hopes, and more - I'm your girl! I welcome humor and sarcasm as a coping tool, am very open-minded and accepting (so, no topic is off-limits or "too weird/silly/embarrassing/etc.!), do not shy away from the deep/dark topics, and love to creatively integrate your interests into the therapeutic process!
I primarily specialize in trauma - Childhood trauma: parents, while loving and good-intentioned, had a negative impact on you in some way. Relational trauma: any relationship, from parent to partner, that had a negative impact on your trust and safety. I also enjoy working with stress and anxiety, relationship struggles, perfectionism, and self-esteem.
