I use an integrated approach to therapy to individualize treatment based on your needs. I have extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also specialize in complicated pregnancies, miscarriages, and maternal mental health. Additionally, I specialize in marriage and couple's work using the Gottman approach.
