I’m so glad you’ve found your way here and are seeking to better yourself. Life can easily become overwhelming. Maybe you're struggling with stressful social interactions or you are working hard to keep your anger in check. Perhaps you’ve had a recent loss or experienced a traumatic relationship. I can walk through it with you and help to identify goals to challenge yourself and live more mindfully. I would love to help you reach your goals and improve your quality of life. I work with teens and young adults to address many concerns including social anxiety, grief, trauma, anger management, substance use, and stress management.
My goal is to collaborate with you on the goals that we set together and work to develop healthy coping skills, improve relationships, increase mindfulness, and be able to enjoy more of what is around you. Together we will utilize a Cognitive Behavioral framework to gain insight into yourself and your situation, and create a plan best suited to your needs.
As a Christian, I welcome bringing spirituality into our sessions, though it's not necessary. I believe that everyone is uniquely and wonderfully made by God, and I seek to humbly serve with love. I diligently work to create a safe space to explore what troubles you and help you find the strength to persevere and confront it. I hope to hear from you soon!
