Congratulations! You are looking into therapy and contemplating making changes in your life. All of my training has been centered on assisting my clients in developing more effective coping skills to deal with depression, anxiety, bipolar or addictions. I teach tools clients can use to relieve their stress & symptoms. I also specialize in helping couples connect emotionally to develop strong and loving relationships using the Gottman method.
I focus on helping clients discover their strengths and genuinely connect with people in their lives. As a cancer survivor, I am not afraid to enter with you the painful issues in your life.
