My orientation is strength based and solution oriented to create sustainable tools for change that you can use in your world beyond. I am IFS trained (Level 2), I have knowledge and experience providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic therapies as well as mindfulness meditation instruction and view.
Looking inward can be difficult and successful therapy is dependent on your investment in your own growth.
