I also utilize Human Design to help you gain a deeper understanding of how you show up energetically and how that relates to your sense of fulfillment, passion and joy.

Are you struggling with feeling stressed, anxious, or confused about all of the changes in your body during peri-menopause or menopause? Are you struggling to feel like your "usual self", but feel that you just can't seem to get there? This group is for women who are interested in integrative and alternative solutions to relieving anxiety or stress, increasing self-esteem, coping with changes in relationships or life roles (i.e. becoming empty nesters or having to take on caring for an elderly parent), or any other areas that the process of menopause/peri-menopause have affected.
