Womens Trauma Group
Women's trauma groups offer a safe and supportive environment for women to share their experiences of trauma, receive validation for those experiences, and receive practical advice and support from others who have been through similar situations. In such groups, members can talk openly about their experiences without fear of judgment or criticism. We work to create an atmosphere of understanding and trust in which members can support one another in their recovery journey. You can expect to learn more about impacts of trauma, explore coping skills, gain insight, and build relationships with others going through similar struggles.
