Tamera's passion is helping others find healthy perceptions of self by changing one’s internal narrative, increasing self-worth, healing, and strengthening relationships. Tamera knows therapy is not a one size fits all, therefore she responds to her client’s personal needs. Tamera received intensive training (through Brené Brown) to become a 'Daring Greatly' and 'Rising Strong' facilitator to help individuals increase resilience and live more authentically. Tamera invites you to join her in a safe nonjudgmental atmosphere where she will offer her warmth and compassion and help you move through your unique challenges.
Tamera works with individuals addressing relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and other struggles affecting their life. She is certified in EMDR. She facilitates Daring Greatly and Rising Strong groups based off Brene' Brown's work.
I believe everyone needs a safe nonjudgmental place to be deeply heard and understood. When judgment from self and others in removed curiosity can take its place and foster growth, self-compassion, and kindness. Life is about relationships, but most people do not consider the relationship they have with themselves, which affects all other relationships.

We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.'
