I have a down-to-earth, non-judgmental approach to therapy. My hope is to put people at ease when they are working through issues that are deeply personal and difficult. I'm comfortable talking about sexuality, drug use, abuse, suicidal ideation, relationship issues, and conflicts with religion, etc. I like to help people increase awareness of themselves and others and to increase their ability to connect to what is important to them. I use EMDR, Sand Tray Therapy, and DBT to support clients connecting to their emotions, learning from experiences, and creating a life worth living.
I specialize in trauma resolution, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. I am invested in client centered therapy and focus on moving forward with healing.
