If you are hoping to rediscover joy, overcome anxiety, or work through a relationship that feels really hard, I can help. My years of experience have shown me first hand that many of us are in desperate need of a safe space to feel seen, heard, and understood. I utilize a trauma informed approach, including EMDR and parts work. I do not believe that one therapy approach is the best for everyone. We will work together to navigate your unique therapy journey, identifying resources that you already have within you and learning new tools along the way.

I include body movement and breathing exercises into sessions as needed, because I have seen how important the mind-body connection is in the trauma healing process. I believe all humans hold immeasurable worth, and practice from a queer affirming, anti-racist and feminist perspective! I will provide a safe and non judgmental space for you to process.

I am passionate about providing people with the space and time they need to navigate the many challenges that adolescence and young adulthood bring. I enjoy working with individuals who are dealing with questions of gender identity and sexual orientation, religious deconstruction, and self-confidence. I am trained in EMDR trauma therapy through EMDRIA.
