As a deeply committed therapist who recognizes the uniqueness of each person that enters my therapy room, I aim to provide you with a space that feels empathetic and understanding to discuss your innermost thoughts, feelings, and concerns. You might be struggling with transitions in your life that have left you feeling anxious or depressed, or may be having difficulties navigating interpersonal relationships. Maybe you are experiencing challenging mental health, sexual behaviors, or substance use symptoms and need support in navigating past experiences that have molded or shaped you into how you respond today.

I specialize in treating the following: Trauma/Betrayal Trauma using person centered therapy and EMDR, substance use disorders/compulsive sexual behavior, betrayed partners of individuals experiencing relationship affairs, mood disorders, and adolescents. I am comfortable working with people from all backgrounds and enjoy working with LGBTQ+ as well.

Therapy is still not as normalized as going to a doctors office when you aren't feeling your best. For that reason, I recognize the courage it takes to make a decision to prioritize your mental health.
