I am a Licensed Professional Counselor operating on a virtual platform. I have spent the past four years as a therapist supporting a wide variety of mental health needs. But I think an equally valuable part of my journey has been as a counseling client, learning first-hand what it is like for those who sit with me in session. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to have their mental wellness fostered, and I want to provide that space for you our meetings.
I specialize in self-esteem, anxiety, depression, substance use, family dynamics, and parenting concerns. I can also help with couples, life transitions, identity challenges, and women's issues.
I am educated in integrating Christian counseling into the therapeutic process if this is something that is desired by my client. However, I value working with individuals from all backgrounds and with all worldviews.
