Women's Support Group
You are not alone. This group will allow women to create space to process the challenges of life. Feel validated and receive support for whatever challenges are present in your life. Examples of topics include managing multiple roles, work-life balance, parenting issues, relationship challenges, maintaining wellness, family stress, and so on. We often allow the group to bring in topics and we discuss them as a group, facilitated by a licensed therapist to offer guidance.
