Everyone needs and deserves support to navigate life's challenges. The holistic therapies I share and have been mastering for the last thirty years address the mind, emotions, body and soul. They are particularly helpful for people with backgrounds that include trauma, addiction or abuse, present day emotional, physical or relationship challenges. Through this process of support we bring compassion to our selves and the situations we are facing, enhancing awareness and inviting choices that serve us better and help us feel more comfortable. As we feel safer we can readily heal deeper traumas and truly blossom in our lives.
In my practice I draw on my diverse background in the holistic healing field. I utilize a combination of "talk therapy" and experiential techniques as they appeal to my clients, such as meditation, breathing exercises, dialoging with the "inner family", yoga and other movement, shamanic journey, exploring transformative imagery, etc.
Because I offer clients the opportunity to work with their bodies, emotions, minds, souls and spirit, therapy becomes a very integrating experience. Many dis-eases are stirred up by the fragmenting trauma creates so we can survive. Holistic therapy helps us to heal the pieces and put them back together.

This is an anatomically safe, spiritually inspiring Kripalu based group/class taught in a very mindful way, gently exploring our many facets of being including body, emotions, mind, soul and spirit, cultivating compassion, non-judgmental awareness, leading to healthier choices, action and interaction. Mindfulness continues to be proved by current scientific research to affect positive changes in our cells, tissues, organs, chakras, meridians and relationships. It gives us a greater sense of calm and well being. You may leave this group/class, after moving and meditating, refreshed and ready to connect within the greater world again, radiating balance and grace.
