I am committed to using evidence-based practices and a collaborative approach to help individuals and couples achieve their desired outcomes. To guide our work, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Couple's Therapy and The Gottman Method.
