As a clinical psychologist, my goal is to help you identify patterns and strengths, dig deep to gain insights, build your motivation and sense of self, and create goals that bring direction. I provide virtual and in-person psychotherapy for adults and my areas of expertise include: depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, women's health issues, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I also specialize in helping new parents, those going through fertility treatment, and women with post-partum depression and anxiety.
Through an open and informative therapeutic environment that honors the uniqueness of each individual, I empower my clients to live in accordance with their values and to develop meaningful insights and growth. After identifying unhealthy patterns, I can provide actionable tools to make necessary changes to improve your relationships and daily life.
