Therapy can be overwhelming and even daunting at times. I recognize this challenge and the strength it takes to look at oneself, which is why I strive to create a safe and collaborative therapeutic environment. I value the therapeutic relationship and view this as a supportive opportunity to be open and honest with another person and explore difficult life events. During the therapeutic process, I help clients tell their story and create meaning from their experiences.

I work with clients to promote awareness of their thoughts and feelings, identify patterns and problematic beliefs, and facilitate the process of altering their relationship with those beliefs. Ultimately, clients can implement the skills, strengths, and insights they gain from being open in therapy into their relationships and other life opportunities.

My clinical interests include anxiety, phobias, depression, life transitions, trauma, and women's health. I'm also skilled in working with clients who have chronic illnesses, such as gastrointestinal disorders and chronic migraines, and helping these individuals understand and manage the relationship between stress, lifestyle, and symptoms.
