Accepting New Clients! I work with individuals, couples and groups and have dedicated my career to empowering people and teams in search of positive and lasting change. I believe the therapeutic journey toward a life well lived starts and ends with trust, empathy, and a shared commitment to your well-being and future success. In our work together, I will bring an integrative, goal-oriented approach to help you gain insight to your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and to identify the steps required to achieve the life you envision.
I am a student at New York University, completing an M.A. in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness. Prior to NYU, I enjoyed a 25-year career in various HR leadership roles where I discovered an aptitude for aiding individuals and groups to improve themselves and their relationships.
Now as a counselor, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief and loss. I'm also a 22-year husband, a 20-year Dad of 2, and a lifelong trail runner. Please reach out for a free consultation to see if I’m the right fit. I look forward to hearing from you!
