In addition to my diverse experience working with clients, I have been married for 37 years and am the mother of 3. These life experiences are helpful in bringing a level of understanding and insight to my clients. My approach is client centered and strengths based.
I specialize in working with individuals couples and families that have experienced Trauma, PTSD,ADHD and Family Relational issues. I incorporate Mindfulness and Somatic work with my clients. I am EMDR Certified and an approved Clinical Supervisor of LMFT and LPC interns. Other treatment modalities utilized are: Trauma Informed Parenting, Mindfulness CBT.
