I offer a supportive, affirming, and non-judgmental space via telehealth and in-person in Teaneck, NJ. My training and experience is in grief/loss, intergenerational trauma, life transitions, and stress and anxiety with children (6+), teens, and adults. My approach is culturally humble/grounded and centers the person, their identities, and experiences.
