This group combines a Body Positivity and Body Neutrality approach. Utilizing the Be Body Positive curriculum, the ultimate goal is to end the harmful consequences of negative body image: eating disorders, depression, anxiety, cutting, suicide, substance abuse, and relationship violence. This offering is for adult (18+) women who identify as Latina, Black, Indigenous & other People of Color.
