Within therapy, I works with clients with a strength based approach to build resilience, strengthen their community connections and grow through the sufferings of life.
In collaboration with my clients, we customizes treatment based on their unique needs. Along with traditional talk therapy and skill building modalities, I also use aromatherapy, body-focused therapy, meditation, play therapy and expressive art therapy and other eastern psychology modalities.
