It is through reflection, acceptance and re-connecting the mind and body that I guide individuals toward their goals.The focus of my practice is anxiety, depression, family/couples conflicts, infertility, pregnancy/infant loss, child/adolescent therapy, attachment, grief/bereavement, and life transitions.
