This can be difficult to see when you are in the midst of the challenging situation, especially if you are feeling alone. Reaching out for help is not always easy and takes courage. You may be wanting to develop greater self-awareness and insight, are in need of relief from symptoms of depression or anxiety or wanting caring and unbiased support through a significant moment in life. I believe that each person is unique and I will start with where you are and we’ll work together from there to reach your goals.
I have worked with people effected by depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, loss and addiction. I believe that healing and growth are possible and work from a person-centered model. I offer attuned, caring support when facing life's difficulties and am especially interested in working with women who are struggling with emotional eating, the loss of a mother or transitioning into motherhood. I am a licensed Social Work Supervisor and am available to offer individual supervision.
