J&S offers individual therapy services. I take a client centered strength based approach with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Additional evidence based practices such as Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Brief Treatment are also used. Interventions selected are to help you meet your therapy goals.
As in any relationship, trying to find the right therapist can be difficult. My goal to provide a nonjudgmental, safe, and secure environment where you can explore the complexities of your inner world. I hope to create the safe space you need to heal and grow.
