I have taken intentional and diligent steps to be skilled in several treatment approaches to address: trauma, anxiety, depression, phobias, family issues and identity development concerns.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in NYS. I believe that trust and rapport is essential in any therapeutic relationship. I have worked in several settings including; schools and community based agencies, this has allowed me to truly learn how to cultivate a safe space for each client.
