Throughout my time as a therapist, I have worked with a variety of populations with varying challenges. These challenges include eating disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD and panic disorder. I enjoy working with clients who are part of the LGBTQIA+ population, women, young adults and teenagers.
I enjoy using components and skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I also offer Animal Assisted Therapy with my certified therapy dog Leo.
