Often, the work is getting back in touch with your Self in a deeper way—like re-calibrating your inner compass. My understanding of counseling comes from holistic, somatic and trauma-informed approaches that incorporate mind, body, and soul such as Jungian, IFS and transpersonal. I am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and NARM Therapist. IFS (Internal Family Systems) in level 3. Trained in Psychedelic work. Sex therapy certificate from UofM.
