My scope of practice includes using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy & Solution Focused modalities with an emphasis on “healing” in order to help my clients achieve their best selves. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, codependency, stress, self esteem issues, life transitions and career challenges.
I believe that people are unique, so my sessions adhere to those ideals. I offer an environment that is open, respectful & non-judgmental. I have had my own personal mental health journey, so I understand what it is like to struggle. I bring the knowledge & experience I acquired into the counseling process. I empower others & lead them to a successful life.
For LLPCS, I provide counseling supervision under the State of MI requirements. I have a passion for educating & working with counselors to help them achieve their goals of getting their full license.
