As a therapist, I specialize in supporting clients through a range of emotional challenges, including anxiety, grief, trauma, abuse, relationship transitions, and depression. My expertise lies in providing compassionate guidance and tailored interventions to promote healing and growth.
For new clients, I explain that coming into therapy for the first time is similar to unpacking a puzzle and slowly putting it back together. This can be an intimidating and vulnerable form of self-expression but we start where you feel the most comfortable and by doing so you are already taking the first steps towards a deeper understanding of yourself.
