I have experience with working with clients that have dealt with mental health disorders, substance abuse, domestic violence, grief and anger management. I offer CBT therapy, trauma informed therapy and use tools such as: meditation, journaling and play therapy as well as others.
As a clinician, I feel that my personal challenges have made me more knowledgeable to help you. In my own personal life, I have experienced the loss of my parents and faced cancer twice.
