Maintaining mental health wellness begins with awareness of the root issue and gaining the resources you need to manage arising difficulties.
My therapeutic services are grounded in helping you become more aware of your thought process through Trauma Conscious Yoga guidance, creative outlets and metaphors (based off of ACT). I can assist you in addressing and responding to cognitive thought processes (also known as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) by becoming more self-aware.
Facing your resonating thoughts and behaviors can be an overwhelming and exhausting task to conquer alone. The great news is; you don't have to!
