Because I believe living inauthentically contributes to unhappiness, I encourage clients to turn a mirror toward themselves with compassion and curiosity. Together, we'll explore the roots of unhelpful patterns, whether that's one-on-one or alongside your partner. How will we do that? By utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mind-body connection. I am trauma-informed, sex-positive, kink-friendly and affirming of all relationship structures.
I specialize in communication and emotional identification, informed by learnings from nonviolent communication, attachment theory, and The Gottman Institute. I also work with clients on gender exploration, value identification, and decision-making.
