By affirming, supporting, and strengthening marginalized identities, with a focus on the LGBTQ+ and Consensual Non-Monogamy (CNM) communities, I work towards ensuring that the fundamental human right to be seen, heard, and understood is experienced by all! My clinical focus is to create a safe space in which clients can shed the expectations, judgements, and stigmas wrongfully placed upon them. I assist clients with their self-expression, emotional regulation, boundary building, communication skills, relationship bonding, and more.
Through an integrative approach, I provide evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual or relationship. To support ALL of you, we will assess and address many aspects of your reality, such as physiological needs, possible trauma, support systems, cultural norms, and accessibility to resources, in addition to your presenting concerns.
