I’m a licensed counselor in Florida. I’m also an INFJ Afro Caribbean cis woman who had to break real & generational trauma - to be an empathic mother and to find my own authentic identity. I love to lend perspective and support to BIPoC, neurodiverse or ENM humans who feel stuck in old patterns or who have been told that counseling is only "para los locos".
