I work with individuals, couples, and families (Telehealth and In-Person) who are experiencing some stress or anxiety in their lives and have decided to attend therapy to address and resolve those issues. Clients will develop tools and strategies to navigate life and thrive in a more healthy way. Some clients prefer assignments between sessions, some prefer psycho-education, and others still prefer therapy focused on emotion. I work with clients to determine how they want to work in therapy, and in turn, clients feel agency over the change they create in their lives. I believe this change best occurs in a safe, trusting environment.
My style of therapy is warm and conversational, yet candid, as I seek to build rapport with clients and learn how best to help them thrive. I enjoy helping people discover healthy and sustainable ways to improve their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
I am a former lawyer who chose a new career path after several years practicing law, because I wanted to connect and collaborate with people in a more fulfilling way. I am also an avid Northern California sports fan, I come from a huge family, and I am engaged to be married this summer!
