I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Savannah and I am passionate about helping people feel safe, welcomed, and listened to. I work primarily with adolescents, college students, and young adults, but I am happy to work with anyone in need. I offer support for depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions/adjustments, and self-esteem. I strive to be welcoming of all identities, ethnicities, cultures, and beliefs and work to create a safe and comforting environment for everyone. I believe that it is important to simply listen and understand, allowing people to make choices for themselves and set their own goals for therapy.
I employ an eclectic approach to counseling, utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches including Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method, Solution-Focused Therapy, and coping skills. I work to tailor sessions to meet each client's unique needs.
