I offer faith and non-faith based counseling and strive to provide a safe place for all people seeking counseling, regardless of religion, ethnicity, gender, or background! I use Integrative Therapy with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals, couples, and families achieve their goals. I believe that every client’s story is different, and I seek to walk with each one through their season of life in a way that empowers them to understand themselves more deeply, look at the world differently, and act with newfound confidence.
I have worked with many populations and concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, self-esteem, trauma, coping skills, relational difficulties, and family of origin issues. I am certified in SYMBIS—Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts and have received Gottman Level I Training.
