I consider play and storytelling in all its forms to be a powerful tool and will often utilize Adventure Therapy, Narrative Exposure Therapy and Integrated Yoga therapy in the therapy sessions to empower you to navigate through life's challenges. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I specialize in helping couples rebuild trust, & overcome relationship challenges. My clinical practice often embodies a fusion of Psychotherapy & somatics, enabling me to address the concerns holistically by cultivating meaningful relationships with each client, rooted in understanding, trust, empathy, and respect.
