Stress Reduction Yoga Therapy
A Master in Clinical Yoga Therapy and a Masters in Counseling are specialized degrees held by our Yoga Therapist. Please contact the office (678.519.8820) for days and times of this group experience. Our group works with anxiety, stress, trauma, & medical concerns. We also offer One-on-One Yoga Therapy if this is a preferred method to meet your personal schedule. Specialized issues will / can be addressed in our One-on-One service.
