Welcome! I am passionate about helping individuals and couples improve their communication skills, address unhelpful behavior patterns, and better understand the internal and external conflicts that arise in their lives. I specialize in helping couples with relational and attachment issues give a voice to their needs, as well as learn new coping skills to manage day-to-day stressors. My approach is based on Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), where we dig deep into the emotional aspects of conflicts and identify the cycles that keep repeating.
My primary goal as your therapist is to foster a relationship based on trust so that I can support you in making the changes you seek. It's through receiving compassion and encouragement to work through emotions that feel overwhelming that we naturally experience growth.
