Hello! I am a client-centered therapist who believes we all have the tools and qualities to reach our goals. My role is to facilitate a safe space to share and experience your authentic self while exploring together the barriers towards healing. I have an eclectic approach, utilizing theory and interventions based on each client's individual needs including psychodynamic, systems, expressive arts, and narrative approaches.
I have a special interest in working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, disordered eating, and neurodivergent populations.
