Making the decision to seek therapy is brave. It's my hope that I can make the process of connecting with a therapist as easy as possible. I have a hands on approach in therapy and feel very enthusiastic about meeting you where you're at. I specialize in working with folks who are experiencing infertility, have a history of (or newly discovered) anxiety, navigating life transitions, or experiencing grief and bereavement. I use an integrative approach to therapy, pulling from evidence-based practices to provide a custom framework for your unique experiences. I have experience in infertility counseling (group, couples, and individual), grief and complex grief counseling, anxiety, depression, life transitions, sexual identity and more.
