I specialize in using EMDR, IFS, and other mind+body approaches to resolve these stuck feelings and help you find relief and meaningful healing. I take great care in creating a safe, kind, and nurturing therapeutic space to support you on this journey.
I specialize in treating adolescents and adults in the online therapy space who are struggling with difficulties related to anxiety, stress, depression and trauma. In addition to EMDR therapy, I also incorporate skill building and processing informed by ACT, IFS, solution-focused, and mindfulness approaches.
