Hope of healing is at the heart of my work. There are many who have come to believe feeling numb, disconnected, and incredibly lonely is normal. You do not have to live this way. Anxieties and sorrows can spiral into feelings of helplessness, leading to self-isolation, suffering, and uncertainty about how to find support. I am passionate about facilitating time and space for awareness of all that makes you who you are. As a Level One trained IFS (Internal Family Systems) practitioner, I strive to help you access and embrace the inner parts of you, guiding you back to love of Self through understanding and healing.
The therapy I offer you is informed by your individual life: past experiences, traumas known or unknown, disconnection from loved ones, suicidal ideation, and/or transformation into someone who can more fully enjoy life is what guides your care. In addition to IFS, I also I utilize Gottman Method, EMDR, and DBT.
There is a way for everyone to heal, live in the moment, and have space to not only enjoy life but also for each of us to stay grounded and be available for our loved ones. Because I have seen the power of therapy in my own life, I know this work can help you and those you love to thrive in life.
