As we move more deeply into the unfamiliar territory of COVID-19, new emotional skills are necessary. Learn how to develop competence to approach this time with emotional resiliency and resolve. In a nurturing and supportive environment, my aim is to provide a safe place for you as an individual or as a couple to experience life more deeply. This challenging time can be used to fall asleep or it can be used to awaken to what limiting beliefs or blocks are getting in the way of you being your best self.

Frightening times can surface old hurts. As a Certified EMDR trauma specialist, I work with clients who want to learn skills to feel empowered, calm and connected. We all have experienced some form of trauma in our lives. Past difficulties can leave a lasting impression that gets magnified during trying events. EMDR can help shift your perspective.

With COVID-19, the caliber of uncertainty has been raised significantly and this all too often leads to intense worry and fear. My observation over the years is that it is during times like these that the most personal growth happens. Use this time as an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of who you are.
